The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus released Resolution No. 270, dated 29th of April 2022, came into effect with an aim to provide temporary eased RF/Telecom compliance requirements.

The decision is valid until 31st of December 2023, with following main points determined:

1. The validity of DoCs and CoCs expiring between 6th of May 2022 and 1st of September 2022 is extended for further 12 months.
2. No re-assessment of conformity and/or periodic assessment of certified products is required before expiry of the CoCs or DoCs.
3. Spare parts, single units and components can be imported without proving documents confirming compliance.
4. No physical testing of the samples is required as long as test reports from other countries are provided and accepted by the CB.
