| Algeria update The Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communications Électroniques (ARPCE) has released Décret exécutif n° 21-43 du 3 Joumada Ethania 1442 in the Journal Officiel de la Republique Algerienne published January 20, 2021. This is related to the Short Range Device Guidelines, which covered a range of characteristics for specific technologies (frequency band/ max. power output levels, bandwidth, and in-country applications). 13.56MHz NFC and 77GHz automotive radar also included into this new guideline.
Moldova Update The Government of the Republic of Moldova released Decision No. 34 that will impact the certificate process from Feb. 21, 2021.
