On 9th May 2022, the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing (WPC) of the Ministry of Communications of India, published a new revised regulation for Low Power Radio Frequency equipment operating in the 433-434 MHz frequency band, called the ‘The Use of Low Power Radio Frequency Devices in the frequency band 433.05 to 434.79 MHz (Exemption from License) Rules, 2022’.
